The Stonebridge Leads CRM app is a mobile customer relationship management tool designed for home improvement contractors and their teams. It allows you to manage leads, view contact details, track appointment status, send and receive messages, and monitor your pipeline — all from your phone.
The app is powered by GoHighLevel's white-label platform, customized for Stonebridge Leads clients. Access is granted exclusively to verified Stonebridge Leads clients and team members. The app is not available for general public sign-up.

It is a mobile app that gives Stonebridge Leads clients and team members access to their CRM — including leads, contacts, appointments, conversations, and pipeline status — directly from their iOS or Android device.
Use the email address and password associated with your Stonebridge Leads CRM account. If you have not received your login credentials, contact us at [email protected] and we will get you set up.
On the login screen, tap "Forgot Password" and enter your email address. A reset link will be sent to your inbox. If you do not receive it within a few minutes, check your spam folder or contact support.
After logging in, navigate to the Contacts or Opportunities section to see your leads and their current stage. You can update statuses, add notes, and trigger follow-up actions directly from each contact record.
Open the Calendar tab to view upcoming appointments. You can also create new appointments from a contact's profile. Appointment reminders are sent automatically based on your account settings.
Ensure notifications are enabled for the app in your phone's Settings. On iOS, go to Settings → Notifications → Stonebridge Leads and enable Allow Notifications. On Android, go to Settings → Apps → Stonebridge Leads → Notifications. If the issue persists, sign out and back in, or contact support.
Reply STOP to any SMS message sent from our system to immediately opt out. You may also contact us at [email protected] or call 239-408-4098 and we will remove you from messaging.
Yes. All data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections. The app is built on GoHighLevel's platform, which uses industry-standard security practices. We do not store sensitive payment or financial information in the CRM.
You may request the permanent deletion of your CRM account and all associated personal data at any time. To do so:
Upon deletion, your contact record, lead data, conversation history, and login credentials will be permanently removed from our system and our CRM provider (GoHighLevel). This action is irreversible.
The Stonebridge Leads app collects only the information necessary to provide CRM services — your contact details, lead and appointment data, and communication history. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for advertising purposes.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All data is processed in accordance with our full Privacy Policy.
